This Policy does not apply to the processing of personal information of our employees.

Automatically Collected Data
When you browse our website and have consented to the use of cookies, we may automatically collect and store the following information directly or through service providers such as Google Analytics:

Non-Automatic Data Collection
We collect personal information directly from you with your consent during our interactions, including when:
- you subscribe to our newsletter;
- you contact us by email or phone for information (housing, land, employment, etc.);
- you complete our Rental Application form;
- you sign a lease;
- you complete any other document enabling us to provide rental services.
We may also collect publicly available personal information, including from social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

When we collect personal information under this Policy, we obtain your explicit, free, and informed consent for its use for the purposes indicated.
Albert must obtain your consent to use your personal information for purposes other than those initially identified, or to share it with third parties not covered by legal exceptions.

Consent must be provided by you or a duly authorized representative, such as an agent or mandatary.
PURPOSES FOR WHICH PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COLLECTED
Albert collects personal information to deliver high-quality services, confirm your identity, meet legal requirements, prevent fraud, or address matters relating to our relationship.
We strive to limit the personal information collected to what is strictly necessary and appropriate for the intended purposes. We will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes other than those identified.

- Marketing partners, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, or CyberImpact for content promotion and targeted advertising.
These third parties may use cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing habits for targeted advertising.
We may also share personal information when legally required, such as by court order. When legally and reasonably possible, we will inform you.
We may rely on service providers located outside Quebec or Canada. We ensure adequate protection measures consistent with recognized privacy principles.
Within Albert, access to personal information is restricted to employees who require it and who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
